Peachy Kinis Swim was founded after one too many trips to Turks and Caicos. On one trip, I found myself frustrated by my collection of faded swim suits that didn’t fit quite right. My body has curves, and I work hard for them. I wanted a suit that shows them off and keeps me in, so I decided to start Peachy Kinis!
Why we started
Most women are not the stick thin models we see in mainstream ads... So I set out to create suits that that would fit, last you more than a swim season, feel luxiourious and be a little sexy! Being in the fashion industry and understanding what a good suit is supposed to fit like, I set out to make sure every suit do just that! With the help of friends and family, Peachy Kinis was created to inspire women in life to look and to feel their best. We have teamed with other female owned factories to make eco friendly suits that look and feel great. A portion of our sales is even donated to charity to offset our carbon footprint. So while wearing that Peachy Kini know that you’re inspiring women everywhere, and lifting up female businesses, all while doing a little part to keep the oceans clean!
What we're made of
All of our swimsuits are made from ECONYL regenerated nylon that comes from recycled fishing nets, carpet shags and other discarded nylons pulled from the oceans! This amazing Italian based fabric is ultrachlorine and suntan oil resistant, quick drying, piling resistant, and retains the shape of the suit over the life of the suit making it the perfect fit for a year long perfect kini! Because that's what we are all about... SUSTAINABILITY.
